• Please note that we do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible (usually 3-5 business days), but some pieces will ship within 7-12 business days of placing order. This is true for USA orders. If your item is back-ordered, you will be notified immediately via the e-mail provided at time of purchase.
• US shipping rate is about  $12.00  to $15.00 dlls, international rate is $35.00 to $45.00 dlls. most likely you will see your shipping rate at checkout. 
• International orders may suffer severe delays due to customs. Unfortunately this is completely out of our hands. International orders do not have a tracking number, only a customs ID number.

Please keep in mind that expedite shipping DOES NOT guarantee item will arrive on time. Unfortunately there are sometimes delays in shipping that are out of our hands. Additional fees may apply for rush orders.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with your UPS/USPS tracking number and details. Please be sure to check your spam inbox as well. There are no order cancellations at this point.

• Never use water or household cleaning products on suede.
• Store in the ALLSANTAELLA dust bag in a cool, dry place.
• Allow suede pieces to breathe and avoid prolonged compression.

SILK
